Yiannis Therapos, hailing from Lefkada, is the proprietor of the Nydri gym. Commencing his athletic journey at the age of 6 in martial arts, he later gravitated towards bodybuilding, influenced by the gym established by his father.
His inaugural competition transpired in 2007, entering the Fitness category at the WABBA Championship, securing a commendable 4th position.
Following a temporary hiatus, he re-entered WABBA competitions in 2011, subsequently transitioning to IFBB competitions in 2013 as a Classic Bodybuilding athlete.
Demonstrating a consistent and upward trajectory, he has garnered notable accolades in both domestic and international competitions.
Notably, in 2023, he commenced competing at NPC, adding another chapter to his remarkable journey.
